Shiner

Since 1909, every drop of Shiner Beer has been brewed at the Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas (population 2,069). The brewery was founded by residents of Shiner, Texas as the Shiner Brewing Association. Shortly after, in 1915, Kosmos Spoetzl purchased the brewery, incorporated his recipes and brewing expertise, and turned Shiner Beer into what we enjoy today.
